Altair Data Resources (“Altair”) provides a variety of data, marketing, hygiene, and analytics products (the “Services”) designed to help for-profit and not-for-profit organizations market their own products and services. Our solutions, many of which are described on this website, are used via direct mail, email, online and other marketing channels. All marketing offers targeted to Veterans are vetted to make sure they are offering a significant value or cost-savings to the Veteran consumer from only industry-leading marketers.

We take very seriously the privacy interests of the individuals whose information we handle and maintain in our database. We provide this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we use and manage information, and what rights consumers have to control how their information is used in marketing. As a processor or service provider, Altair Data Resources offers agency services and various technology platforms to their clients. For example, clients utilize Altair Data Resources for scheduling and managing email campaigns. When clients share information about their customers, potential customers, or other individuals, we, as a processor or service provider, use this information on behalf of our clients.

Our clients play the role of controllers or businesses, determining how they interact with their customers and establishing the purposes and methods of handling customer data. For security purposes (and as required by law), we will verify your identity when you request categories or specific pieces of personal information, we may have received about you. You will need to confirm your identity by providing a copy of a valid state-issued identification card matching your first name, last name and address provided. For a request related to a household, all members of the household must submit the request, and each must provide information sufficient for us to verify their identity. Typically, that will include, a copy of each household members’ valid state-issued identification card (or for minors under the age of 13, a signed consent of the minors’ parent or guardian), together with any email or physical address that may have been submitted to us and a valid phone number belonging to the individuals making the request. We may deny a request from a household if we cannot verify that the individual(s) making the request are part of the same household.
